A six-week journey into meditation, wisdom, and the art of living with intention.
Through meditation, contemplative practice, and timeless wisdom, you’ll learn how small shifts in attention can transform the way you work, rest, relate, and move through everyday life.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, this course offers a practical framework for cultivating a calmer, wiser, and more beautiful, intentional life.
Most meditation courses
teach you how to meditate
This course explores something deeper.
Together, we’ll examine how attention, habits, compassion, and wisdom shape every aspect of our lives. Meditation becomes a place to observe these patterns directly. Not as an escape from life, but as a way of participating in it more consciously.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn practical principles rooted in the Buddhist contemplative tradition and discover how they can influence the way you make decisions, care for others, approach your work, respond to difficulty, and cultivate a life of greater intention.
By the end of the course, you’ll have more than a meditation practice.
You’ll leave with practical principles you can continue applying long after the course ends.

From previous students
Rather than simply learning to meditate, students often find themselves approaching everyday life differently.
“What I’m noticing is that the approaches to meditation—preparing, creating the proper conditions—I'm applying these to other areas of life as well.”
“I've been eating better, sleeping better, journaling consistently, feeling calmer, and interacting with more patience and fewer judgments.”
“This was so substantive. I had no idea we would be learning so much along with practicing.”
About these teachings
My own meditation practice has gradually become a way of relating to every aspect of life—from work and relationships to art, travel, and the quiet rituals of everyday living.
Over the years, that path has been shaped by more than a decade of meditation practice, extensive silent retreats, over 600 hours of meditation and yogic philosophy training with Hector Marcel and the Three Jewels community, and ongoing study of the classical Buddhist curriculum through the Asian Classics Institute.
Alongside meditation, I continue to explore contemplative disciplines such as Japanese tea ceremony, calligraphy, photography, and the arts. While these teachings are deeply rooted in the Buddhist tradition, this course isn't about adopting a belief system. It’s about exploring timeless principles through direct experience and discovering how they can support a more intentional way of living.

A more intentional life isn’t created through dramatic change.
It’s cultivated through small acts of attention, repeated over time.
